Petit Palace Arenal Madrid

Our stay was in a hotel with a fantastic location near top-rated tourist spots and shopping. We loved exploring the city's bustling pedestrian area, and the convenience of the metro right around the corner. The room was spotless with a great view, and the service was welcoming. Breakfast was also top-notch with a wide variety of healthy choices. We highly recommend staying here for a pleasant experience in the city centre.

The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel's location was amazing, with everything I wanted to see within walking distance. It was just in the center of the town, on the walking street Arenal, and close to many touristic attractions. The breakfast was first class, with lots of healthy options to choose from.

We were impressed with the variety of breakfast options, especially the cappuccino machine. Our room was cozy and clean with helpful housekeeping staff. We were kinda surprised by the portable wifi router rental offered by the hotel. Despite a minor bathroom door issue, our stay was enjoyable. we recommend Petit Palace for its central location and comfortable accommodations.

Fantastic location, within walking distance of major attractions and convenient for markets, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Quiet despite being in the middle of everything.

The shower was a bit weak, with only one regular shower head. The room keycard was unreliable, causing some frustration when trying to enter the hotel.

This hotel is a real gem in the heart of the city. the location is unbeatable, situated between two metro stations and just a stone's throw away from Puerta del Sol. It's perfect for exploring all that downtown Madrid has to offer. Secondly, the staff here are top-notch. They are friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms are fantastic. They are clean, well-maintained, and exactly like they are shown in the pictures. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have all the basic amenities you need. Plus, the breakfast is a great bonus.
